A flushed exciting bunch of red hot peppers that here and in South Africa are called Piripiri and have a strong association to both the cuisine of Portugal and African cuisine. They are found in vast use in the local food culture and are as inspiring as they look. The greenish foreigner at the side of the pile is a mango, eaten with salt and piri piri.
